Finishing the job: completion reports, sign-off and photo evidence

The end of a job produces the record everyone else relies on: a completion report the customer can understand, a sign-off that means something, and photos that prove what was found and done without capturing personal data. This course covers all three. Your organization's work order system, contract terms and policies govern; the ICO's definition of personal data is used as the UK example. Jobs and people are fictional.
