Training · testing · development for any team

Find your team's strengths. Build the skills they need next.

gr0wpath checks what each person can already do, gives them training for their own gaps, and lets them practice real situations from their job, with supervisors reviewing the results.

Works for sales, customer service, support, IT, operations, management and more. Starter packages get you going; you shape them to your business.

Five simple steps

Set up once, then the platform keeps each person's training focused on what they actually need.

  1. Choose jobs and skills

Pick the departments and jobs you have. Starter packages suggest skills and topics you can keep, remove or add to.

  2. Check current abilities

A short skills check shows what each person already does well, before anyone sits through training they don't need.

  3. Assign personalized training

Each person gets lessons and practice for their own gaps. Supervisors approve plans; employees can ask for changes.

  4. Practice realistic situations

Scenarios put people in real work moments: an unhappy customer, a failed backup, a tricky sale. They choose what to do and explain why.

  5. Review progress with AI and supervisors

AI can suggest a first-pass grade. A supervisor reviews and approves it. Only approved results count.

See strengths and gaps at a glance

Every skill gets a plain label: Strong area, Meets expectations, Needs practice, Not tested yet or Needs a fresh check. Click any of them to see the results behind it.

  • • "Not tested yet" is never shown as a zero.
  • • Results describe recent work ("Needs practice with handling objections"), never people ("bad at sales").
  • • Old results aren't lowered; they're marked for a fresh check.

What you get

Everything below works today.

  • Personalized training

Lessons and practice follow each person's own gaps, and harder material follows success.

  • Real-world scenarios

Work through realistic situations step by step and explain the why behind each decision.

  • AI-assisted content

Draft lessons, questions and scenarios with AI, then check, edit and approve them before anyone sees them.

  • Supervisor-reviewed results

AI can suggest a first grade. A supervisor makes the final call, and only approved results count.

  • Strengths and skill gaps

Clear labels backed by the actual answers, observations and scenarios behind them.

  • Cross-training suggestions

Ideas for other jobs that fit someone's shown strengths. Suggestions never change anyone's job on their own.

  • Progress reporting

Team and individual reports with charts, CSV exports and printable versions.

  • Microsoft work-account sign-in

Let employees sign in with their work Microsoft account, or use email and password.

  • You stay in control of AI

AI is optional: add your own OpenAI key, set a monthly limit, or turn it off. Everything else works without it.
