Frequently asked questions
Is this only for IT teams?
No. There are starter packages for many kinds of work, from sales and customer service to operations and management, and you can create your own departments, jobs and skills.
Are the starter packages complete, validated training programs?
No. They're starting points: example jobs, skills, lessons, questions and scenarios you review and adapt to your business. You can edit or remove anything, and add your own content.
How long does setup take?
The setup wizard has six short steps: your business, what your team does, jobs and topics, employees, AI (optional), and a final review. You can stop at any point and pick up where you left off.
Do we need AI to use it?
No. AI is optional. Without it you still get skills checks, training, scenarios and supervisor grading. With your own OpenAI key you can draft content faster, get suggested grades, and run role-play conversations in scenarios.
Does AI decide anyone's results?
No. AI suggestions are clearly marked and never count until a supervisor reviews and approves them. AI-drafted content has to be checked and approved before employees see it.
How are scores worked out?
From things people actually did: answers, scenarios, practical tasks and supervisor observations. Harder questions count for more, repeating the same question doesn't inflate results, and anything not yet checked is shown as “Not tested yet”, never as zero.
Can employees see their own results?
Yes. They see their skills, the results behind them and supervisor feedback, and they can ask for a correction or a re-check.
Can people sign in with Microsoft?
Yes. You can let employees sign in with their work Microsoft account. Email and password sign-in also works, which is handy while you're setting up.
What about pictures in lessons and tests?
Images go through a review before they can be published: someone checks they're accurate, readable, properly sourced and don't give away answers. AI-generated pictures are only allowed as decorative illustrations, never to identify real equipment or procedures.
Do you show leaderboards?
No. Reports focus on skills and progress, not ranking people against each other.
Who can see cost and ROI information?
Only people you've specifically given permission to. It's hidden from employees entirely.
