Closing with a mutual action plan
Closing is confirming a decision the customer has reached and getting it through their process on time. Map the decision and paper process, build a mutual action plan backwards from the customer's own date, spot slipping steps, ask for the decision plainly, and keep the CRM honest when dates move.
