Planning and running a webinar: plan, platform settings, accessibility and follow-up

For marketing coordinators, office administrators, trainers and anyone asked to organise an online event or webinar. 'Event marketing: from plan to honest results' is useful first if you're responsible for event goals, budgets and leads; this course concentrates on the practical work of running an online session. You'll write a plan and run sheet with clear roles, choose platform settings for registration, presenters and attendee interaction (using Microsoft Teams events as the worked example, because its settings are documented publicly; other platforms have similar options under different names), build in accessibility using W3C guidance, rehearse and run the session, and complete the follow-up. Platform features and subscription limits change: check your own platform's current documentation and your organisation's events and privacy policies.
