Planning and running maintenance rounds

A planned maintenance round covers many assets on one site in one visit. This course covers planning it (scope, tasks, downtime windows, access, permits, parts kits, competence and route), running it (reconciling the asset register, checking inspection status, tagging out what isn't safe) and keeping the records and intervals honest, using HSE's PUWER guidance as the UK example. Sites and data are fictional; your contracts, procedures and the manufacturer's instructions govern.
