Confined spaces awareness

Recognize confined spaces and permit-required confined spaces, the hazards that make them deadly (atmosphere, engulfment, configuration), how a permit system and the entrant, attendant and entry supervisor roles keep people safe, and what an awareness-level worker does: keep out, keep others out, raise the alarm, never enter to rescue. US (OSHA 1910.146) and UK (HSE, Confined Spaces Regulations 1997) examples.
