Communicating HR policies and policy changes

Write policies people can follow, plan how a new or changed policy reaches every employee (including people without a desk or email), brief managers, collect acknowledgments, keep versions under control, and know when a change needs consultation or agreement rather than an announcement. Required notices such as US workplace posters and UK written statements are covered as examples.
