Handling accommodation and adjustment requests
Recognize a request for a workplace accommodation (US term) or reasonable adjustment (UK term) however it is worded, run a fair interactive process, ask only for the information you need, keep medical details confidential, record the outcome and review it. Laws differ by place: this course teaches process and escalation, with US and UK regulators as examples.
