Depl0y: install and first setup

For the admin who installs Depl0y: where it runs and what it must reach, what the installer does, the first sign-in (admin/admin, change it, enable TOTP), Admin/Operator/Viewer roles and per-host scoping, the encryption key in /etc/depl0y/config.env, connecting a Proxmox endpoint with an API token (and why privilege separation is unchecked), attaching iDRAC/iLO BMCs per node, the optional cloud-image, inter-node SSH and PBS setup, and safe upgrades and backups.
