Project planning: scope, schedule and dependencies
For project coordinators, team leads and engineers who plan small projects such as office moves, migrations or equipment roll-outs, and who are comfortable with basic arithmetic. You'll break the agreed scope into activities so the schedule includes all the work, link activities with sound dependencies, calculate the critical path and float by hand, baseline the plan and control changes, and update it with real progress. It adapts the US GAO Schedule Assessment Guide and the UK GovS 002 project delivery standard to small projects. Your company's templates, tools and change approval rules take priority.
