Pricing pages and packaging: clear total prices and honest offers
For marketing coordinators, product managers, web content editors and small-business owners who publish prices for consumers online. No prerequisites. The course covers UK price transparency rules under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (as explained in the CMA's guidance) and US examples: the FTC's fees rule for live-event tickets and short-term lodging, ROSCA for online subscriptions, and the FTC's guides on 'free' offers and former price comparisons. It also covers plan packaging that customers can understand. The UK rules discussed protect consumers; selling only to businesses raises different questions. Other countries and US states have their own rules. This course is not legal advice: send legal questions to your legal or compliance team.
